Title: El año internacional de las cooperativas. Una aproximación a los desafíos del sector mediante el método Delphi
Title: International year of cooperatives. An approach to challenges of the sector through the Delphi method
Abstract: El movimiento cooperativo vivió en el año 2012 un impulso renovado con la celebración del Año Internacional de las 
	Cooperativas de Naciones Unidas (ONU), siendo su objetivo fomentar y dar visibilidad al papel que juegan las cooperativas 
	en el desarrollo. En este trabajo, se presentan los resultados cualitativos de las entrevistas realizadas a expertos del 
	sector en el ámbito internacional siguiéndose la metodología Delphi, con la que se recaban valoraciones expertas de la 
	situación y retos del movimiento en distintos países, de los logros de la celebración ese Año Internacional y de las 
	posibilidades de cumplimiento de los objetivos marcados para la próxima década por las organizaciones representativas del 
	sector a nivel internacional.
Abstract: The cooperative movement in 2012 experienced a renewed impulse with the celebration of the International Year of 
	Cooperatives of the United Nations (UN), being its aim to promote and to give visibility to the role of cooperatives in 
	development. Qualitative results are presented in this paper collected from the interviews with experts in the sector from 
	different countries following the Delphi methodology, allowing to gather their assessments of the situation and challenges 
	of the cooperative movement in their respective countries, starting from the achievements of the celebration and the 
	possibility to achieve the objectives set for the next decade by international organizations representing the sector.
