Title: Present and future of the self-employed workers from the content of the Law 20/2007, to the self-employment
Abstract: El objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar el régimen jurídico introducido a través de la Ley 20/2007 en el ámbito del trabajo 
	autónomo, destacando su original y novedad tanto en España como en el ámbito de la Unión Europea, en la que no existe un precedente que 
	pueda reseñarse como equivalente en términos jurídicos a la innovación legislativa de la que nos estamos ocupando. Desde este punto de 
	vista, se analiza el contenido de la norma, centrando la atención en las reglas establecidas legalmente para determinar el ámbito 
	subjetivo de aplicación de la misma, las notas definitorias del régimen profesional del trabajador autónomo establecida en la Ley y el 
	concepto y régimen jurídico aplicable a la nueva figura jurídica creada por la Ley bajo la denominación de trabajador autónomo 
	económicamente dependiente. Así mismo, el trabajo se ocupa de establecer algunas hipótesis acerca de sus perspectivas de futuro a partir 
	del impulso originado por la promulgación de aquella norma y de los retos a los que se enfrentan quienes ejercen el trabajo autónomo.
Abstract: The target of the present work is to analyze the juridical basis introduced across the Law 20/2007 in the ambience of the autonomous 
	work, emphasizing his original and innovation both in Spain and in the ambience of the European Union, where doesn't exist a similar 
	precedent in juridical terms to the legislative innovation with which we are dealing. From this point of view, the content of the norm is 
	analyzed, focusing on the rules established legally to determine the subjective ambience of application of the same one, the notes of the 
	professional basis of the autonomous worker established in the Law and the concept and juridical basis applicable to the new juridical 
	figure created by the Law under the denomination of economically dependent autonomous worker. Likewise, the work deals with establishing 
	some hypotheses about its perspectives of future from the impulse caused by the promulgation of that norm and challenges which have those 
	who exercise the autonomous work.
