Title: The management of Aldo Ferrer at the head of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the province of Buenos Aires (1958-1960)
Abstract: Este artículo estudia las decisiones económicas que se tomaron durante la gestión de Aldo Ferrer, uno de los economistas más importantes del pensamiento 
	estructuralista latinoamericano, al frente del Ministerio de Economía y Hacienda de la provincia de Buenos a fines de la década de 1950. En particular, se analizan 
	las vicisitudes de la política agraria y la reforma impositiva, así como otros proyectos específicos impulsados por la Junta de Planificación Económica. Esas políticas 
	estuvieron cruzadas por las ideas que blandía la Unión Cívica Radical, la formación de Ferrer en las Naciones Unidas y por las diferencias que se presentaron respecto 
	a las políticas económicas del gobierno nacional. En particular, el trabajo confronta las ideas con las políticas encaradas y sus posibilidades de aplicación en ese 
	particular contexto. En este sentido, la revisión de esa experiencia presenta un notable escenario para discutir no sólo en el plano de las ideas económicas –y 
	realizar precisiones en ese sentido–, sino también sobre la dinámica política e institucional de la Argentina de esos años, con el agregado de focalizarse en la 
	relación provincia-nación.
Abstract: This article studies the economic decisions that were taken during the administration of Aldo Ferrer, one of the most important economists of Latin American 
	structuralist thought, at the head of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the province of Buenos at the end of the 1950s. The vicissitudes of agrarian policy and 
	tax reform are analyzed, as well as other specific projects promoted by the Economic Planning Board. These policies were crossed by the ideas brandished by the 
	Radical Civic Union, the formation of Ferrer in the United Nations and by the differences that arose with respect to the economic policies of the national government. 
	In particular, the work confronts the ideas with the policies faced and their possibilities of application in that context. In this sense, the review of that 
	experience presents a remarkable scenario to discuss not only on the level of economic ideas –and make clarifications in that sense–, but also on the political and 
	institutional dynamics of Argentina in those years, with the addition to focus on the provincenation relationship.
