Title: Shift assignment by integer programming techniques
Abstract: In this paper we describe an integer programming model designed to solve shift assignment problems. It is 
	the nucleus of an interactive DSS called PETS. PETS has be en applied at 'El Corte Inglés', a big commercial 
	corporation with over 30,000 salespeople, yielding substantial savings in personnel costs and improving the 
	quality of service.
